Rotten to the core liars and crooks!!!! I paid M&L in November for our cabinets and countertops which totaled over $37K. They were supposed to in turn pay for the countertops that they subbed out. Evidently M&L pocketed the money and didn’t pay for the countertops! Now I’ve been sent a certified letter saying that if I don’t pay for the countertops (which I already paid M& L for) that the countertop company will put a lien on my house! We put money down on a built-in desk in October. We were told the components would be ready in January. On Jan 23, we emailed to find out an expected time of delivery. No response, no answer to calls, voicemail full, no one at store when we check almost daily. Sent second email Feb 10. No response. Have contacted shopping center office; they do not know what has happened to them.

I have not been able to get through for a week. Have put 50% down and tore out existing cabinet. So have no sink in bathroom. Update. Had to drive all the way north of Orlando to pick up cabinet and now have to find someone to install. Terrible what M&L did and still no communication

I am a designer, my client ordered cabinets on 8/29. We still have zero cabinets. When she sat down with Nicole she blamed the cabinet makers. Nicole said to change the order to Covered Bridge, and said they were less expensive. As of today, NO cabinets, NO phone response and NO explanation. How do you do this to a contractor has recommended your company for years. HEARTLESS!
