I called late afternoon to set up a time to bring in my car and they were able to have me in the very next morning. Both men running this shop were incredibly kind and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
I paid $80 for them to check out my brakes, which is usually free of charge, I assume he noticed i have a luxury SUV and took advantage. My stupidity of course. Anyway, he checked them out and told me they needed to be changed, the brake pads were wore down, I pushed back and i explained that i can clearly see the pad isnt wore down, it has to be something else. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I brought my car in for service and explained that I had a sensor and module issue and after paying for a diagnostic test these idiots saw the codes, cleared the codes, replaced the blown fuse and then tell me they hate working on European cars and don't know nor have the skills, equipment to fix my problem. The proper thing would have been to just tell the truth and not waste my time, clear codes, and don't remember what those codes are after I paid for the diagnostic test then tell me ... read more
