I paid $80 for them to check out my brakes, which is usually free of charge, I assume he noticed i have a luxury SUV and took advantage. My stupidity of course. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I brought my car in for service and explained that I had a sensor and module issue and after paying for a diagnostic test these idiots saw the codes, cleared the codes, replaced the blown fuse and then tell me they hate working on European cars and don't know nor have the skills, equipment to fix my problem. The proper thing would have been to just tell the truth and not waste my time, clear codes, and don't remember what those codes are after I paid for the diagnostic test then tell me ... read more
Brought my van in a few weeks ago and I was very pleased with their communication. Their pricing is average or maybe a little bit higher, but the quality is worth it and the communication is worth it. I was so pleased that I brought my Civic in a few days later for some repairs that I had been putting off. It's a quality spot.
