I got an alignment here a few months ago, I've noticed my tires are being chewed up and they squeal when I turn. Came out from the gas station one day to notice they look ridiculous and are completely off in terms of spec (crazy positive camber). I would go back and have it corrected but he already told me there's no warranty on the alignment. Also likely bent one of the alignment tabs but said that it was my fault. Not enthused.
Putting rock auto parts and taking dealer prices. Took my car while ago to change the steering wheel pump, the “new” one they put it made noises so i took my car back and they said it’s normal, after a while the pump completely broke down, I disassembled the pump myself and boom! It got a sticker says it’s remanufactured(in the photo provided), and that pump worth a 125$ on rock auto while the genuine I bought couple days ago was 230$ and he charged me a 400$ for the remanufactured one and 100$ labor. Worst experience ever.
