I booked my car in for a service and mot at the end of December. When I turned up, they knew nothing about the appointment. The service manager was off sick and nobody thought to contact customers to reschedule, so I had a wasted journey . Come back in January was the reply as they couldn't care less ! I have since found out the service they did the previous year was NOT recorded on the Subaru database, so my digital service records are now incomplete! Waste of time!
Always do a good job including going the extra mile for their customers and prices are good for a Subaru. Not always the easiest to get hold of but friendly and give a good explanation of what is happening.
