Matt is an absolute LEGEND! My wife reached out to him on Sunday, and he responded first thing Monday morning and was here on 7am Tuesday. We’d been dealing with a recurring plumbing issue that our previous plumber claimed to have fixed—yet it kept coming back. Had Matt from M K Ryall Plumbing (Wentworth Falls) out to the house to check out a plumbing issue. He ran a few diagnostic tests and gave me a clear, logical breakdown of what he thought might be going on. In the end, no work was actually needed, but the peace of mind he provided was more than worth the callout fee. Matt was prompt, professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Leaky valve on hot water tank. Very prompt, professional, friendly service. Beautifully neat work at a reasonable price. Appreciate that he took time to give me some helpful tips on things to watch out for to avoid future problems. Loved the '20min to arrival texts' - true to word. Excellent job!
