I replaced an old hose reel swivel with a new swivel from Rittenhouse & it's almost unimaginably better. They're not even comparable in quality or function. The new swivel is smooth, doesn't leak, & is repairable. My hose reel will now last longer than me. Good communication & quick shipping.
