Tom at Rittenhouse helped our team understand that our current equipment was going to cause customer issues. We are so grateful to have his expertise walk us through what we need to do to help our customers best. He kept saying that we wont be thanking him once we see the price of it all, but that was never the case. We are blown away by how much money we saved by visiting them in person. Very professional! Highly recommend! I've bought everything I needed for my lawncare business here. The 375L spray tank builds are assembled great, very well thought out, and they use high quality products. Staff is super helpful, and kind. Thank you, so glad to have found this place!
Thier Water Right 100ft Poly Soaker Hose for the garden is amazing. I hope the supplier can come through. Make sure you pay attention to their product page dropdowns - or you may be surprised to recived the hose with no fittings. They are extra and definitely worth it. The company's website is not current. Also, delivery dates in their shopping cart are not accurate. It displays out-of-stock inventory - without disclosing that. I've called four times and they are unable to say when they will have the product in hand to ship ... read more

What a total disaster! I ordered a battery powered winch, plus 2 batteries, a charger, and some rope. Ordered on June 7/22 for a total of $1800+. Then the 3-ring circus started. They shipped me the winch, the charger, the rope, but only 1 battery. The packing list had a hand-written change from qty 2 to qty 1. But they never notified me that the other battery was back ordered. So I called...yes it's back ordered. About 3 weeks later, after I called to find out what was going on, they shipped it to me.
