Recently had Andrea out to deal with a blocked septic tank due to Council tree roots. Brett the owner organised the day and time, kept me in the loop of any changes to arrival time etc Once the problem was identified they went out of their way to assist me with a call out to SA water. They did not charge for the call out, attendance and hydro jet service they performed at my property. I am a pensioner so this was simply amazing.
