This place is absolutely terrible don’t ever go here. The pedicure was rough, I thought the skin was going to fall off my feet, the girl was the only one there and she spent a total of 8 minutes on the pedicure, my toes were jacked and cracked she did a terrible job I made her stop halfway through and she told me I owed her $20 for a botched up nail job and no polish. I have had the complete opposite experience that everyone else who left a review has had. I love the staff, they're super friendly and great at conversation. They're fast and percise and never let me leave unhappy. One time I got a gel manicure, the next day the polish started chipping. I went back and told her and she fixed all of my nails for free with a newer polish bottle. Mistakes happen, of course, but they are so polite, quick, and apologetic.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Got charged 20 for a 10 minute “pedicure” decided to leave without even getting polish bc of the horrible service and still was charged full price. There was literally a timer on the massage chair set for 20 minutes still had 10 minutes left when she walked away to help another customer she was the only employee in the building. Not only was the pedicure incomplete she was rough didn’t even spend time to scrub rub or do anything included in a pedicure! Horrible costumer service will never return! When... read more
