I’ll never understand why a business would take the time to come out and look at a prospective job to give a quote, on a referral, and then never call or show up ever again, despite 2 follow-ups over 60 days. Not to mention the disrespect and unprofessionalism is shows, but I could’ve hired someone else in the meantime, while waiting in good faith for MK. I really wanted to hire them, I’ve seen their excellent work, but they simply would not allow me to do so.
