I hired M&K Heating and Cooling in November 2024 to repair a leak in my HVAC system, and they recommended replacing the AC coil as the solution. The work was completed at that time, and I paid the invoice in full. However, when the unit was turned on for the first time in April 2025, it failed to operate. Despite having paid the invoice in full, M&K Heating and Cooling ultimately refused to address or rectify the issue. We had M&K out to the house today for a gas meter installation on behalf of Enbridge. He was on time, very polite, and very professional. He inspected our entire unit testing out the A/C and Furnace prior to leaving. 'Excellent' customer service.
Just get over all service with a smile! Great to have someone local that knows heating/air!!
