Been dealing with Mike since 2018. Took him 6 months to replace an alleged broken actuator; Took 11 months for him to replace my military battery. Now, he broke my fireplace Nov 4 and will not return my calls or texts or fix what he broke. Steven - how did you get him to actually do any work or respond to you?
They just removed a very heavy coal burning fireplace insert They were wonderful! Pleasant, competent, and very clean! I couldn’t be happier. They did an inspection and a measurement for glass doors.
I've been in construction for over 30 years and this guy's the real deal. He knows exactly what he's talking about when it comes to fireplaces that are gas. I've seen the projects that he's done and he's done projects up over $100,000. Very impressed with this guy he knows exactly where to go and what to look at. Highly recommend him.
