I was given a quoted price that was later changed without explanation, even though the original amount was written down. The individual was scheduled to arrive at 9:00 AM but did not show up until 7:30 PM and ignored multiple phone calls throughout the day. In addition to the delays and lack of communication, he was extremely rude throughout the process and demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism or understanding of how to run a business.
