Recommended by locals Several years ago, on the basis of a friends referral, we contracted with M K Builders to have our wood floors sanded and finished iwth polyurethane. Their quoted price was reasonable and they did a nice job. I did find later, however, that their detail work was a bit sloppy (they didn't do closet floor space, etc) and the job could have used an additional coat or two of finish. But they did the job in the time frame that I suggested and I was pleased with that.
