Company was hired via a home warranty company. Waited 2 days to call me back to tell me he was on his way after never scheduling a visit. Refused to come out after asking him to actually schedule an appointment.
Great and fast service. My AC went down, I called my insurance company around 2 pm, they assigned Mike and he was at my place around 4 pm. He diagnosed failed motor. He was able to get a replacement next day even though it was a 2 speed fan. Overall in 24 hrs my AC was running. Definately recommend.
Called at 9:30 PM and he eas at my house by 1pm the next day. Replaced the motor & capacitor. AC was running in no time. Very friendly, courteous and does an excellent job!!
