Extremely rude and unprofessional. " Appointment " did not even last 3 minutes before he raised his voice at me, made me feel very small and stupid and told me he had other patients to tend to. He did not take the time to listen to ANY of my concerns, I have received ZERO education on my condition or how to manage it. I have symptoms that are worsening, but no doctor to get information from. This is a horrible doctor, seriously, find someone and somewhere else for your care. If I could give zero stars, I would!! From the get go he acted annoyed, bothered, and uninterested in simply doing his job!!! I went with my dad because we had concerns about multiple potential heart issues on a list he received from this Dr. Instead of showing us empathy, he chose to make us feel stupid. He is very condescending and rude. We left that office still confused and now have more questions. Needless to say, our dad will be getting a second opinion and never returning to see Dr Berkowitz. The rudest, most condescending Dr ever. My first and last visit. I felt so low when I left this office. Zero chair side manners. I was looking for cardiologist, he had good reviews. It must of been a bad day and I suffered the brunt of whatever was going on that day.
Dr. Berkowitz is great. He's not just a top cardiologist, but he sincerely cares about his patients beyond cardiology. He's one in a million.
One of the best Heart Specialist in Arizona. You will not regret it by meeting Dr. Berkowitz for your cardiac medical needs.
