I appreciated the photoshop mock up of the signage on my building face. Much easier to sell the idea when you can SEE it. Prices were comparable to local competitors.

Requested service 9/12 and was told it would be 3 weeks (already a red flag there). I had to call to follow up with them after weeks of no shows. When I finally got ahold of someone in the office wondering when they would be out, since it had been over 7 weeks he deflected any responsibly on to the owner of the company and basically hung up on me. Terrible customer service with no care if they keep business or not. I will be calling another company.
