This is a mom and pop’s kind of business that is managed by a father (Manny) and a son (Junior). I was a loyal Toyota customer, and I always took my car to Toyota dealerships for any car maintenance, until the ‘recommended’ maintenance was adding up one after another and just seemed unreasonable. Toyota insisted that I needed new brakes (to take care of the reverse squeaking ‘issue’), a wheel alignment, and new tires. I had my transmission fluid service and brakes done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Junior, the owner, was great from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. The customer service was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I had. Mine is a little bit lengthy problem. I have given my car initially to one of the Indian mechanic in Edison. He said he will replace a certified new transmission. I said ok to replace for the new transmission and agreed for the money. I went to see my car and my car was not in garage. He didn’t tell my car where it is it.
