After 2 visits and getting the run around a bit from another plumbing company in Woodstock, I sought recommendations from our town FB page on good and fair plumbers to repair a broken sewer line. I hired Matthew Haulotte owner of MJ Plumbing to replace a leaking hose bib. While doing so he admittedly cut through electrical wires. I now have multiple outlets that are not working and he is refusing to repair the damages he caused. As a reasonable solution I requested half of the payment I sent him back so that I could hire an electrician to repair the damages he caused and he refused. If you are looking for a reliable plumber that takes responsibility for their actions look elsewhere!
These are the guys you want to call for your plumbing needs! They replaced my water service line in my front yard after another plumber's worked failed. Matt went to bat for me with the city of Woodstock and got them to pick up the bill. They took extra time to make sure rocks and debris were not laying on top of the repaired area. I'm very satisfied with the quality and professionalism!
