Horrible. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE from these builders. We have had 4 leaks in less than 5 years on a brand new home. 1st one after we moved in. 2nd one at 3 years that cost us $42,000 out of our own pocket because the builders plumber cut a pipe too short and cut corners and the pressure from water finally caused tiny cracks in plumbing in crawl space and we had no way of knowing it was leaking as it was a tiny spray of water that sprayed upward.
