These guys are absolutely amazing Ricardo and Jose are the absolute best mechanics I have ever met . I had an issue with my 1999 grand marquis and diagnosed it as a bad Torque converter and scheduled me a day when to Bring it in to have the torque converter replaced. I dropped it off on 10/29/2025 at 8:30 am and got a call the same day at 5:30 pm saying your vehicle is ready. Wow I was absolutely shocked. My car was running very bad, and Ricardo and Jose took very good care of me, they listened to me explain how it was running and they were able to diagnose and fix the problems that were causing the car to run bad, and after the repairs were made my car is running great! I needed some other work done and I didn't hesitate to take it to them to get that fixed also, again they did a great job. Both repairs were done at a very reasonable price. I would recommend M&J Highlands Automotive to everyone !
Honest and great work at a reasonable price!
Ricardo is an honest man, I went to change my brakepads, because Kia recommended to change them at 50,000 miles .. mine had 70,000. When he unmounted the wheels he realized that brakes were still in great shape, he called me wright a way, and explaining that it still had life for approximately 40,000 miles he asked me if I still wanted to do it... Shops usually aren't like that. May God keep on blesing his business... I did the oil change. At reasonable price. Will defenetly keep on serving my car here
M & J Highlands Automotive Had them install front coil springs and 4 shocks I bought myself. They supplied the labor. On the coil springs, they jumped on that and did the job as quickly as could be done. On the shocks, I called them before I left the house and they said they were ready for me at my appointment time. Somehow, they decided to start an oil change just as I drove up. This took about 20-25 minutes, maybe longer.
