Poor workmanship but worse than that was the whole rudeness and attitude of the woman in the office who apparently is high up in the company. So disrespectful and talks down to you, not customer focused at all *****update this review was meant for their branch in Skegness not Peterborough *****
Michael and Adrian did an excellent job replacing the expansion vessel and safety relief valve. They also identified an issue with the drain and fixed it the same day. Really knowledgeable guys, I highly recommend them!
