I was told things looked good at breaker box when they were here. A year later and still having to flip the breaker (one reason why they were here) used a different company that removed the panel to actually check wiring and found a couple were loose, barely touched one of them and came off! There could’ve been a fire. So glad landlord didn’t call MJ again for this.
