I live in Arizona, and my son passed away in Tennessee. MJ Edward's Funeral Home staff were very kind. They listened to me and never made me feel they were in a hurry to hang up. Everytime we interacted with each other, they were very professional and friendly. Conversations on the phone would be hard for me at times, but they listened. If I could have reached through the phone, I would have given them a hug.... If I lived in their City, I would most definitely use their service. The ceremony and viewing for a recently fallen MPD officer was wonderful! The memorial videos were posted both in the main chapel and lobby, and the military display was subtle but well placed within the viewing display and flowers. The music selection was also very fitting and didn't distract from the overall vibe of the event. The staff at this location were particularly good at letting the service flow -- especially since this was a high volume funeral with lots of dignitaries and high attendance. Mr. Anderson at the Airways location assisted me in the process of setting up services for my brother’s funeral. He was compassionate and patient as I navigated the most difficult time of my life. The service was beautiful. This was my first experience and he made it so seamless and I couldn’t be more grateful.
