Nice guy Mike he's been looking after our boilers for a couple of decades now, after being brought in to sort a previous plumbers poor work and incorrect specification for the builder extending our home. He has his peculiarities as do we all but we always get there and he is a pleasure to deal with if slightly forgetful no worse than any of us though. I do highly recommend Mike.
