The owner/ manager waiting on us at the parts dept, was knowledgeable, asked questions about the parts, we needed, had 2 of the parts, and order the other 2 to be delivered the next day. The only issue, I saw, was it needed to be updated a bit in the building on the inside and out. It was clean and organized. He was a bit gruff, but did help with what we needed, and that's the important part. On another note, when husband's bike frame was loose, while out riding, this company helped free of charge.
