My car started making a noise. I stopped in at the garage and they took a look at my car right away. They identified the issue, took the time to explain the problem to me. It was great customer service. I hope I don't have any other car issues, but if I do, I would come back to this garage.
I brought my vehicle in for brakes with no appointment. My vehicle was brought in right away, the mechanic had removed all 4 tires to inspect the front and back brakes and gave me his honest opinion in which all I needed was the front brakes replaced. He didn't try to upsell me on something that wasn't needed like replacing my back brakes as other shops told me I'll most likely need brakes all around. Very poor customer service and completely unprofessional. The staff had no idea what they were doing. After performing a wheel alignment, they told me to drive for two weeks and then come back, which makes absolutely no sense and shows a lack of competence and accountability. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they pushed the problem onto the customer. No clear explanation, no confidence, and no professionalism. This is not how a service business should operate. Bad customer service they are not providing good service and even they didn’t align vehicle properly and when we complain they scream on you and not accepting there mistakes never go for alignment they promise first for refund and then they don’t give refund and use bed words. They should not be in service. I don’t know who gave them license. Never go there not recommended place. They use real bed words.
