Very poor customer service and completely unprofessional. The staff had no idea what they were doing. After performing a wheel alignment, they told me to drive for two weeks and then come back, which makes absolutely no sense and shows a lack of competence and accountability. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they pushed the problem onto the customer. No clear explanation, no confidence, and no professionalism. This is not how a service business should operate. Bad customer service they are not providing good service and even they didn’t align vehicle properly and when we complain they scream on you and not accepting there mistakes never go for alignment they promise first for refund and then they don’t give refund and use bed words. They should not be in service. I don’t know who gave them license. Never go there not recommended place. They use real bed words.

I did wheel alignment for ford escape they did it in 20 minutes it usually take 1 to 1 and half hour also after alignment they made mistake and they are not ready to correct it my car pulls more right to way and also when I call they are not replying. Bed customer handling. They charge me 100 dollars for alignment and didn’t done job good. I never recommend to go there because professional charges 130. I regret that I went there.
