I’ve given 2 stars only because they’ve done work for us in the past and were great. My husband and I have called for TWO WEEKS and left messages, and they still have not called us back. Their vm recording says if you aren’t a “regular customer,” don’t have a sub-zero or Wolfe or live outside a list of communities, they will not return your call. Yet we are past customers and have sub-zero appliances.
One of the only services in the High Country that never fails, is extremely efficient and responsive. Bruce is awesome!
Great service. Office always called to advise when repairman would arrive. He arrived each time within 15 minutes of that time. Highly recommend them
