Had a 1 hour massage from Michelle (booked through ClassPass). Everything was set up when I got there (10 minutes early), it was very professional and I felt well cared for. Michelle herself is a gem. Her expertise and experience in massage therapy is obvious, I had truly forgotten about a month-old hip issue and she noticed my hip still feeling tight/sore. I made an appointment for 10am via ClassPass. Even though ClassPass said that time was available, Michelle emailed me the day before my appointment at 3:45pm telling me that time wasn’t actually open and offered a different time: 12:45pm. I replied within an hour at 4:30pm saying I can make that new time. She didn’t reply to me so I emailed again the morning of my appointment to confirm the time. Still no reply. I drove out anyway.
