Yes, I find it very disturbing that this is a pharmacy where it’s supposed to be very important for people to call and find out if their medication is filled or if it’s arrived or if they are opposite of their doctors called in the medication for them and when you go to court to find out, you never get an answer do y’all need some more employees? Great people great service
Came in a week ago from urgent care on my day off and they never got the prescription, which I don’t entirely blame on them. Called the urgent care multiple times and it was still never received. Then I got a voicemail later that day saying the prescription was sent and could I come in tomorrow. I couldn’t, so I came in today as it was my next day off, went through several hoops for them to process my payment, and after waiting for about 20 minutes, was told they didn’t have the meds and I’d have to come back.
