Pros: Schools and tax rates great, Nice and big houses Great customer service from the sales agent, they are there to answer any questions you have Cons: Cargo train tracks within 100 meters and has intersection for which they honk creates some disturbances. $1300 HOA for nothing, which is quite high, no amenities except for the small kids playground, no front yard maintenance, this is high compared to neighboring communities, which made not to buy the house

I really appreciated the variety of floor plans, especially the ability to customize some aspects of the floor plan! And it was quite a relief to see the high quality of materials used in the construction. So many builders use the cheap stuff… and you get what you pay for! But I think what pleasantly surprised me was how friendly and laid back (read not pushy) the lady who showed us around. She answered all my questions and concerns quickly. Such a special place. I had the best day exploring these homes and talking with sales team. Everyone is so warm, inviting and ready to help address my every question ( even the silly ones). Which I really appreciated! They were so kind and friendly - they went above and beyond, to be sure I got everything I needed and more. Simply Amazing!
