Low quality in design and construction. You will start seeing all sorts of of issues after your 2 year warranty period. My master bath shower tiles got cracks and grouts were coming out after 2 years of usage and when contacted MI home they simply said it is out of warranty and these are cosmetic issues. We have to restore the entire grout and spend thousands of dollars.
