run away, don't build with them. read the other reviews they are all true. look at their BBB review. build quality is subpar at best. construction manager will not address any of your concerns. they will say it will be taken care of and then do nothing and then it gets covered up with dry wall. i have had numerous issues that haven't still been addressed, it been over 4.5 homes. still have broken window. customer service reps don't care they will state they will fix it and then make some other excuse. construction managers n... read more
