We purchased a villa in Sweetwater in 2023. The home and neighborhood is wonderful. However, The communication from the warranty office is awful. They never get back to you. Also, read the contract very closely. Luckily, we did. The sales agents will tell you anything to sell a house. The worst thing about Sweetwater is the HOA.
