My husband and I had a wonderful experience visiting M/I homes in the Spring Grove community. Our consultant, Sunny, went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we understood all of the options in the community. He was amazing to work with and worked very well with our real estate agent, Wendy Dickinson! Melanie was also a pleasure to work with as she answered some questions we had while Sunny was unavailable. This community is definitely one to keep your eye on!

He truly cared about our needs and made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. Our project managers Ben and Marc were also fantastic — responsible, communicative, and always followed up quickly to make sure everything was done right.
