We LOVE our M/I Homes Langford model in the Riverwalk development of Dayton, MN. The construction was very good quality. If we’ve had minor issues, the tradesmen have been responsive, courteous, talented and professional. As empty-nesters, we love the floor plan. Everything we need is on one floor, but if we have guests, we have a lower level with extra bedrooms and living area. The home site is stunning. Run away as fast as you can. Will not repair structural issues even after an engineer inspection. 4 years of cracked and repaired walls. Now I will have to pay 20,000 out of pocket to repair their incompetence. 5 construction managers during construction. Still no oversight.
Excellent experience with the entire process…Sales agent Jim Lee Extremely knowledgeable and made the configuration process very efficient and relaxing. This is our 3rd build, and we are very pleased with quality and workmanship of all the contractors involved. Sure there were a few issues, but quickly fixed by CM, Kevin Gibbs. Now we are here a full year, everything is great. The fact that we had only 3 nail pops is a testament to the quality of a new MI Home!
We recently built a home with M/I Homes at Riverwalk in Dayton. We could not be more thrilled with the results! From the beginning working with our salesperson Drew, to working with the construction manager, Kevin Gibbs and his team throughout the building process, it was seamless, professional, and exceeded our expectations in every way.
