Bought a brand new house here several months ago. The house is solidly built with nicely thought out features. What little issues I had were all quickly addressed by the construction manager, Jonathan Torres. He either personally came to remedy them or sent/brought a contractor over to fix them. The community is master planned, and very well maintained. There are lots of people walking their babies or dogs, run, bike in the morning or after work…just a good and safe place to live. I call this place my forever home now.

Todd Brewer was extremely helpful in helping me choose a home and homesite. Ultimately we decided not to move yet, but will be calling him back when we are ready.

At closing, we were given contact information for several individuals to help with any issues that might arise. Theresa Holdeman specifically told us to reach out to her directly if we had any problems. The title company assured me that the mail keys would be provided upon my arrival at the property. However, when I arrived, there were no mail keys. I called the title company and was told the keys would be delivered within 24-48 hours.
