I loved working with Angela and Francisco. They were easy to work with, have excellent communication, and are very customer service oriented. They truly want their buyers/new homeowners to be happy with their homes.
The buying process was smooth and easy, of course. After living in the homes you’ll face many defects, poor labor work and will end up fixing many issues on your own. My ceiling started leaking when I put in a warranty claim I wouldn’t have someone come to the home until 5-6 days after. Waiting this time period would have caused my family to not have water and build up a bigger mold issue than the one faced so we came out of pocket to fix the issue with a professional.
