I give the interior finishing product a D to a D minus and that’s being generous as you can see the rough framing is terrible and so is the trim work plus they put low end items in the home for appliances. ES UNA PROPIEDAD MUY BELLA
Nightmare since day one. Still no hot water a year later. Cracks in the foundation. Doors/windows don’t close or seal properly. Bugs everywhere. They just raised the hoa fees to treat the bugs and it was a complete waste of $20k. Leaky disposal that has never worked. Garage for that doesn’t close properly. Internet connection that gets cut every other month by either the lawn care or the construction crew. Unresponsive HOA. AC was never installed properly, they have had to come out three times in 6 months now. Not to mention... read more
