Great team that works to help you build your dream home. From choosing my lot, designing my home, and building my home - until signing closing papers, I was impressed with the service that M/I homes provided.
If you plan on considering buying an MI Home. Please reconsider. I read the reviews and should have known that this would be a nightmare. Please read the other reviews so you are very informed. I have had cracks in my drywall for the last 3 winters. This year MI Homes had their contractor go in my attic. Found split 2x4’s due to trusses attached to interior walls. Had to hire a structural engineer to pretty much say the same thing. But he had fixes that needed to be done. Looks like MI Homes is not willing to repair under wa... read more
We had fun planning and watching our house be built. The staff at M&I was great to work with and provided updates along the way so we were always in the loop. Now we get to live here and we really love our home!
M/I Homes is great to work with. And their homes are well constructed. They’re always available to answer questions we may have. We’d definitely recommend M/I Homes.
