We had fun planning and watching our house be built. The staff at M&I was great to work with and provided updates along the way so we were always in the loop. Now we get to live here and we really love our home!
M/I Homes is great to work with. And their homes are well constructed. They’re always available to answer questions we may have. We’d definitely recommend M/I Homes.
Built a house May 2022 and fought for 2 years (some ongoing) for items under Warranty fixed. These flaws/defects should be noticed during the building process by the Construction Manager, City Inspector, or Contractors themselves and should be fixed before closing, if not within the first 30 days. After closing, tickets are submitted ASAP but there is no verification that it was received, followed by months of waiting for a call about said problem(if you're lucky), no follow-up, and often times the contractors only do part o... read more

I love my townhome in Woodland Cove, looked at many before landing here and the quality and finishes are top notch! The sales process was seamless and team was very informative and quick to communicate!
