I am happy for moving to this location.quite convenient, comfortable homes.good plan , good skilled work displayed , and good finish to the house.Proxomity to Charter school, independence park ,and to shopping location makes this an ideal location for families..... I have no hesitation to recommend this location to prospective buyers. the two and three garage homes ,with good utility space , basement ...all makes this property quite user-friendly..
Do not move in till all of the work is complete or make sure the escrow is not $500 for the pending work We closed on our home at the manors of hamlet Feb 13th 2019. It took about 4 months to get our driveway done. We got all excuses the weather delayed but when you see spec homes and newer homes have their driveway done before the homes that were already moved in that clearly shows that once you buy and move in they do not care. Update: September 2018 Well, it took almost 8 months to get everything completed, but I will give them credit where credit is due, they completed the fixes on the house finally! Granted it was 8 months after closing and a lot of emails, phone calls, and nasty reviews... -------------------------------------------------------------- Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Pinnacle homes/MI Homes.
