Susan and Mark are so professionals,they guided us through choosing our home.will choose MI home over and over again.their plans are outstanding with great builders.
One month after moving in, have a slanted backyard that holds water in the middle of the yard and growing green mold. Filed a report and they just raked a few small areas. There are 34 loose floor planking that need gluing and our AC compressor sounds like a train engine at night. I regret buying our home.
Move the 1 empty lot you're using for a concrete washout on pine bend ct it ridiculous that you're pouring concrete in the new section in back and still using this for a washout we are a 95% fully developed over here. MOVE THE WASHOUT CAN'T EVEN ENJOY MY RESIDENCE BECAUSE OF ALL THE NOISE!!!! Edit the videos that look like they are from 5am in the morning guess what they are, happens all of the time! Such a nice company and home builder. From start to finish they take care of you and you can tell they take pride in their house building and care about their clients.
I have never encountered such poor quality from builder.. see pictures… I wonder what it is like behind the drywall. Stay away from them
