Decent customer support but houses are costing $800k+. There is only 5ft between houses and no backyard at all. Dead end of KBar ranch.Surely not the Florida way of living. Spend few more dollars and buy some estate. Plus CDD of $4000+ and extra HOA fees. kidding. Plus there are land problems, no fencing allowed for few lots.
