I’ve been in my home for over 9 months and My floors still look like this. We put in a claim immediately after seeing them shift and lift. We had multiple visits from MI and the flooring company and nothing has been done. The embarrassment I feel when I have guest over to our new home and The disappointment I feel towards MI is overwhelming. My floors seem to get worse as the months pass by.
