We are moving into our new home soon and can't say enough good things about our experience with MI Homes. Marty has been an amazing resource and it always responsive, transparent, and accommodating. Our project manager, Jeff, has kept us up-to-date on the progress of our home and answers any questions we have promptly. We are so excited to get settled in our new community!

M&I has cut water lines 3 times now. There is nothing being done by the association. They are turning the townhome area near Harborside into a horrible looking aggregation of townhomes stuffed into a small area. Horrible plan.
