We bought our home 2022 and were excited to start our new journey. We had heard great things about MI so decided to go with this builder. After a year of moving in, we began to notice cracks in our home. We placed a warranty ticket and were informed it was “normal”. They even had engineers come look at our home and continue to tell us cracks and separation were all within “normal” range. I represented my client as their REALTOR® and we had the pleasure of working with Jade Barnes with M/I Homes, Cinco Lakes. From walking in the door and greeting us she was attentive and informative and listened to what my client was looking for. Her communication was 5 stars all the way through the process. My agent was Jade Barnes. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I was not positive as to what I was looking for. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond in finding the perfect home for me. I felt very comfortable with her that she even assisted me on her day offs.
