We started our process in November with our realtor Zach McKay, not knowing where we wanted our first home to be. We searched and our realtor recommended we look within M/I homes after having a negative experience with another builder. We just closed on our new beautiful home last week and we couldn’t be more grateful to our new home consultant, Ramon! He literally called us every Monday for 7 months straight to keep us updated on the construction status. He answered all of our new homeowner questions (even the silly ones).
