Went with my realtor wife to view these beautiful homes for one of her clients. They are well constructed and affordable.
When you pay half a million dollars for a home you expect it to be amazing. Our experience has been nothing but horrible. Our home has had more issues than I have ever experienced before. We closed on March 30th of last year and my a/c went out already, my dryer stopped working, my shower enclosure is completely falling apart, lights are falling out of the ceiling, cabinets are loose and not put on correctly and more.
