We have had multiple issues since moving into our house. Most have been fixed eventually. However, our LVP flooring has been separating since we moved into our home in 2020. We filed a claim that it was separating and after a lot of back and forth it gets “repaired.” A couple of months later, the flooring separated again. Very poor landscaping. They have not lived up to their promises in Haven Ridge. Poor quality trees planted and poor execution on timing. This is not a drought issue, it's an issue with doing things right. Update... the response from MI Homes is very misleading...note the ambiguity in their response. Please visit Haven Ridge and drive around and make your own judgment.
