Deceived and Disappointed 6 Creeks was our “sought after” neighborhood to live in. We originally wanted to purchase with another builder but thought let’s stop by M/I Homes since they are open to see what their homes look like. We stopped by, toured and were completely surprised by their Dream Big promotion they had going. We couldn’t resist the 3.875% / 3.918% APR rate that was offered in the Dream Big promotion. Tyler was absolutely awesome. However; we have not been happy with lack of amenities. We were told they would be built within a year. Three years in and there is nothing. Sales folks trying to make a sale. We are paying into an HOA so folks yes there is one. Most of the funds go to landscaping. There are no amenities and quite frankly don't expect one for any time. There is no greenspace. Home is good quality. I will not complain. We had an amazing construction lead, Tyler.
