DO NOT BUY FROM M/I HOMES! M/I hired a cheap contractor to build our dysfunctional shower with rotted wood and dangerous mold less than TWO YEARS after the home was built. We received multiple professional opinions that the shower was poorly built and should be covered under M/I's "warranty" as a structural issue. Once you sign for your home, M/I's tone will completely change. Getting them to honor any part of their warranty or false promises is like pulling teeth.
