Do yourself a huge favor and do NOT use M/I financial as your lender. Yes, they give you a nice break on your closing costs BUT they immediately sell your mortgage (they do not service what they write) and because of HOW this was processed on the back end, my excellent credit score took a 50 POINT HIT down to 760. If I'd of known... buyer beware.
