Robert, Lydia and the team at M Health have helped me significantly in getting my knee back in shape for my upcoming 70.3 triathlon, couldn't recommend highly enough. Tried many other physios and facilities that couldn't ultimately help me, grateful for the work they've done.

Rob is amazing! I've seen other practitioners but he is the only one who has been able to reduce my pain and create a personalised plan with goals. He explains the targets for each session and gives me advice on what to do at home, such as exercises and stretches. I'm so happy to not need pain killers any more and to have regained so much more movement. Highly recommend!
