To put it as simply as possible. Robert knows his shit. He'll thoroughly explain a complex issue in a simple manner that even a dummy like me can understand and make you laugh in the process. He explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it, gave sound advice and for my particular issue gave me peace of mind. He's a consummate professional that I cannot recommend highly enough.
I gave Osteopathy and Lydia a go, when looking to gain greater mobility from lower back stiffness and to support my overall fitness goals. I was sceptical to start with as I wasn't sure what I was signing up for. Lydia's knowledgeable and professional approach really helped me. I recommend Lydia to my family and friends.
The team at M-Health have been great at helping me manage my back pain. I have been seeing Rob for the past 3 months and have been so happy with the treatment and advice he has given me to improve my back pain. With his help, I’ve been able to return to my regular gym sessions, Pilates classes and daily walks! Appreciate all your help Rob and Lydia! Definitely recommend the team!
Rob and the team are awesome. I have gone from not being able to raise my arm above my shoulder, to now being able to do push ups and pull ups again in 4 sessions. Highly recommended!!!
Lydia is incredible at supporting mums and bubs during the postpartum period. We've been receiving treatment since my son was 3 weeks old. She was able to assist with tongue and lip tie diagnosis an referal as well as ongoing breastfeeding management and support. Truly an asset for all mothers and bubs.
